About Bulk Liquid Tank Terminals
In the year 1963 the Rangoonwala Group conceived an idea to create a revolution in the storage business of non petroleum bulk liquid cargo in Pakistan and emerged as the pioneers of the nation's first network of bulk liquid storage terminals and went into operation to provide storage services to importers of Edible / Inedible oils, Tallow, Molasses and Industrial Chemicals, this was initiated with the establishment of International Tank Terminals (Pvt.) Ltd. at West Wharf, Karachi.

The terminal network was further expanded to East Wharf, Karachi and at Port Qasim, under the banner of Pakistan House International Limited and Home Products International (Private) Limited and offered its bulk liquid storage facilities to a wide range of clients all over the country. The terminals are managed by a group of qualified, skilled and experienced personnel providing a high standard of service.

The six strategically located Bulk Oil Terminals of the Group cater to the needs of clients. It is the only Bulk Oil Terminal Group in Pakistan with facilities for simultaneously handling Bulk Liquid Cargos at Karachi West Wharf, East Wharf and
Port Qasim MW1 & 2.

All Group Oil Terminals retain their independent ship-to-shore pipelines, delivery points, pumping systems, heating and cooling systems with a network of pipelines for transfers.

Services:
• Round the clock services for loading and unloading bulk liquid cargo to and from vessels 3000 M/Tons to 35000 M/Tons.

• Storage facilities on both sides of the Karachi Ports East Wharf and West Wharf, and MW1&2 at Port Qasim to save demurrage.

• 10 Pipelines to OP Berths ranging from 6" to 16" diameter.
Can unload upto 500 M/Tons per hour and provide 2 Wentworth Loading pumps with the capacity of 350 M/Tons per hour.

• Storage tanks with an individual capacity ranging from 150 M/Tons to 11500 M/Tons equipped with (a) steam coils for heating the cargo (b) agitators within the tanks for proper homogenization (c) provision for Nitrogen blanketing for Chemicals like Polyol.

• Epoxy coating and if required stainless steel lined tanks.

• Loading facilities for Tank Lorries, Bowzers and Railway
Tank Wagons.

• Dedicated Tankage for special storage.

• Drumming and other packaging services on specific request of
our clients.

• Edible/inedible Oils: Palm Oil and its allied products, Soyabean Oil, Palm Kernel Oil and its allied products.Cotton Seed Oil, Coconut Oil and its allied products, Rape Seed. Oil, Lard free inedible Tallo of various grades.

• Industrial Non-hazardous liquid Chemicals:
Dioctyl Pthalate (DOP), Dodecyl Benzene (DDB), Polyol.
2 Ethyl Hexanal.

• Hazardous liquid bulk cargo: Methanol under a Specific
Explosive Licence.

• Storage of Molasses, caustic soda and various grades of white oils.

• Petrochemicals: Toulene and Xyelene.

• Light Fuel Oils: Low/High Sulphur Furnace Oils.

• Lubricants and Base Oils.

• The terminals handle for Export, Import and Transit movements.
